The Addax team had the absolute pleasure of attending SLOREX, the Salt Lake Off-Road Expo, at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy, Utah. This year’s event was massive—over 250 vendors, 36,000 off-road enthusiasts, and endless opportunities to connect with people who share our passion for adventure.
We were in good company alongside vendors showcasing custom off-road Jeeps, Ineos Grenadier, Broncos, and other adventure-ready vehicles, and so much more. The roar of engines and the smell of gasoline and rubber filled the air, adding to the anticipation of what was to come. It was clear that this event was going to be something special.
When the expo started, a line stretched out the door, and thousands of eager attendees streamed in. It was clear—everyone was ready to kick off the season of adventure. The buzz around the expo was contagious. Whether people were talking about their upcoming trips, their dream builds, or the latest gear, it was easy to see that this wasn’t just a show—it was a gathering of a community united by a love of exploration.
What the ADDAX Team Took Away From Attending SLOREX
For us, SLOREX wasn’t just about showcasing our products; it was about connecting with like-minded adventurers, sharing stories, and getting excited about what’s next for our outdoor adventures.
These types of industry events truly sum up why we do what we do - and we’re grateful to take away some of these important reminders:
1. It’s a Generational Community of Like-Minded Explorers: The most exciting part of the weekend was watching families, children, and outdoor enthusiasts from all walks of life step inside our display and envision the adventures they could experience with our products. We saw so many people climb into the rooftop tent (RTT) on our Summit trailer, lay down, and imagine themselves out in the mountains on their next adventure. The space inside was a big hit—families were especially thrilled as they realized just how spacious, comfortable, and ready-for-anything the setup was. We also had plenty of smiles as people, young and old, climbed into the Gladiator bed and into the camper, testing out the layout and dreaming of how our M-3 Mod system Camper could elevate their next off-road journey. Watching everyone connect with our rigs and picture their own adventures was one of the most rewarding parts of the show.
2. Hands-On Experiences Make all the Difference: The response was incredible. People were eager to see our rigs up close, and the feedback we received was exactly what we had hoped for—off-road enthusiasts are ready for solutions that elevate their outdoor experiences without compromise. The seamless design of our M-3 Mod System Camper and the rugged versatility of our Summit trailer really hit home with the crowd, confirming that we’re on the right track to push the boundaries of adventure.
3. Exploration is Endless: But more than the gear or the vehicles, SLOREX reminded us why we do what we do. It’s about the moments shared around the campfire, the thrill of discovering a new trail, and the freedom that comes with hitting the road for another adventure. We’re beyond grateful to have been a part of such an amazing event, and we’re pumped for what’s to come as we continue to innovate and inspire in the outdoor space.
