    2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

    Every ADDAX trailer is covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all ADDAX-manufactured components, including the frame, structural welds, and fabricated assemblies.

    If something we built isn't right, we'll make it right—whether that means repair, replacement of the defective component, or another appropriate remedy at ADDAX's discretion.

    Third-Party Accessories & Components

    ADDAX trailers are equipped with components and accessories from trusted brands. These items—including but not limited to rooftop tents, awnings, coolers, lighting, axles, and electrical components—are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty terms, not the ADDAX 2-year warranty.

    We don't leave you to figure it out alone. If any accessory or third-party component on your trailer has a warranty issue, ADDAX will help facilitate the claim on your behalf. We'll work directly with the brand to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.

    Warranty Labor Coverage

    For approved warranty repairs, ADDAX covers labor costs at a rate of up to $150.00 per hour, subject to reasonable and appropriate billable hours for the scope of the work order.

    What Is Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, or surface-level imperfections that do not affect function
    • Damage resulting from misuse, overloading, neglect, accident, or improper towing
    • Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the trailer's structure or components
    • Damage caused by environmental conditions, including but not limited to corrosion from road salt, chemicals, or prolonged UV exposure
    • Any trailer used primarily for commercial purposes

    Transferability

    This warranty applies to the original purchaser only (excluding the dealer) and is non-transferable unless authorized by ADDAX in writing.

    ADDAX reserves the right to inspect any trailer or component before approving a warranty claim. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
